Premier, I think that is what we said, Charts are good for just that. Support and resistance levels. But on a day to day, tick by tick, charts are not forward looking and do not provide what is the true cataylist in Penny land. News, and the best is, unknown news.
Most of these companies run on news or anticipated news. Charts have no logical application when it comes to news.
Just look at what anticipation of news with IMGG is doing. There is no application you can throw at that one with charts.
The FDA news has turned that play into a noman's land. It even has the MM at a disadvantage.
I also find the fact that Pinkies don't have to report much and without most updating O/S, this alone skews most charts. Its hard to know if a stock is over sold or bought when the daily O/S is not known.
Charts are great for the big picture and a must, but to predict tomorrow, No way, not down here where emotions and momentum can come from a well orcherstraed P&D or the unknown.
