Well when they "issue" them, someone is going to cash them in,no? I truly doubt that any person who gets shares for pay or services is not going to cash them in asap. History has shown when you keep these shares they only dilute them more and the price you try to sell them gets lower and lower. If you don't believe me,just ask any long here!!!!{:
