It was all well planned today. WMI lawyers wanted WAMU shares to drop. They do not want WMI shareholders to assume there is a recovery in the very near future for shareholders. The pps would be sky high on all WAMU stocks and that does not look good before the hammer falls hard in bankruptcy court or in divorce court for all that matter. You don't want appear to be well off when asking for money to fund you restructuring efforts. We'll get all the money then the pps will take flight and by then, the hammer has already been heard.
