Sounds to me like the guy handling the change will be back in his office on Monday. Some people on here are thinking he has been out for 6 weeks. All we really know is IOVE just contacted them and he will be back on Monday. Why not think the guy was just on vacation this week? Why is this terrible news? It may be good news to know what the hold up was and it will be back on track right?
