What can dilution mean exactly?

Thanks for your input kidmaxxxx,
It's very appreciated.
Do you or anyone else have an idea of what the dilution will be in case that does happen? Would that mean that if you own 100000 shares that it is diluted to where you now own 50000, or 75000?? ( for 50% or 25% dilutions)? Is that what happens, or will the price per share be cut in half?

Exactly what may dilution mean with CEMJQ if that happens????
