AND, I might add, that one of the loop-holes of Sarbox that didn't fix the Enron issues is that investors do not have the right to discovery. So without that, you won't find out bubkus, UNLESS the Fed's file the suit. Read "Off with their heads" by Dick Morris and see that your individual-joint lawsuits would go nowhere without the ability of discovery. Just wait things out a little more before y'all act.
