Chanson....restricted means nothing. Pinky crooks deposit their free restricted shares with a 'friendly' broker and then sell short 'against the box' (legal). They short at the top of any fantasy pump....collect the cash from the sales....then ride the stock down to no-bid....eventually covering the short position with .0001 stock (the original shares on deposit).

They control when the pump starts and when it ends LOL.
They never file for bankruptcy and no class action suits because no assets are left for stuckholders to fight over.

And peeps wonder why 99% of 'long term' investors in pinkies lose?
