I called The stock transfer to find out the OS. When OS went from 2.5 to 14.5(using rounded numbers) RT stated the increase was used for the recent acquisitions and previous businesses. When Os went from 14.5 to 74.7 I was informed this increase was for future acquisitions and growth. The shares used for acquisition were restricted.
