How many suits are settled out of court without the "with prejudice" attachment? Seems to me that if I was going to enter an agreement with someone that I wouldn't want the chance of them turning around and trying to sue me for the same thing again. Wouldn't the defendants insist on that before signing a settlement?

Then again, my law education happens at 8pm central on Wednesday nights, so what do I know.
