Yes, I picked up on that also. I should have posted that paragraph in its entirety so thanks. Still, it bothers me that both suits carried "with prejudice". I just don't have a good feeling about that little phrasing there at the end. I hope in this case it does not apply.

PS..I suppose the level of mens rae and how it gets dealt with will also determine a great deal about what actually comes down, that is if and when any formal charges/indictments are filed.
