OS - currently we have 74,746,534. Approx 2.5 is unrestricted; next 12 million is restricted and was used for acquisitions like: Extreme Biodiesel and Greenhott; Last approx. 60 mil is for future acquisitions. Some in works currently.

Wow! That would mean a market cap of around $75 million?? 'Outstanding' means shares that have been 'issued'.
