but why new CUSIP unless ucad does not want to pay 3:1 divvy to cmkx holders again so ucad separate the CUSIP and assign new ticker name. i know many cmkxers sold cmkx shares after receiving ucad divvy. that is why i didn't see any extra ucad in my account...lol it's a smart move for ucad.
