A couple of comments. One, lets Buzz this up as Bitty says. This could bring some major Big Board players tomorrow. If Matt believes this is in the works the first thing he would do is stop the dilution. He could also cancel the S1 recouping those shares. I don't know if it's true or not but I do know this was a risk when they diluted all those shares. A company in danger of a hostile takeover often raises there A/S's as protection. Buy on rumor sell on news. I hope this rumor gets traction.
