JDA can't reveal anything officially nor unofficially without at least the operator's permission.

besides, it would be a conflict of interest for JDA to evaluate the finding because they do want companies to go to the next phase of drilling production ready holes. Ultimately, they would like to have real tax revenue from the production blocks.
