I've read that JDA at times has representatives on the drillships and that they have full access to the data. Can they read the data? ...that's a different question and one that can be resolved by hiring the right consultants. I'd expect this is what the JDA has done. So if the JDA wants to know the drill results, they will know using their own petro engineers.
So I repeat the question. Why hasn't the JDA released info? Surely STP is pressuring them to do so (assuming the results are good) I don't have an answer myself.
