MDM Entertainment Group (RMDM) Adopts Corporate Governance Policies

BEIJING, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - www.rmdmgroup.com (RMDM) announced today that is has adopted multiple corporate governance policies.

The issuer has adopted policies that will, among other things, set up an audit committee, compensation committee, whistleblower protection, codes of ethics and prohibit insider trading. These policies will soon be posted on the Company's website and Pink Sheets for all stakeholders to see.
