GRDOROCKS...I tend to agree with you, however PR has been promised mid December. Look at the calendar. There will be some anticipation and I don't see too many people selling today. Why take the chance? News could be here any day!

Your analysis may be true for a day or so...but I am not willing to take the chance at trying to flip right now!!
