BLVT's poor financial condition IS the point...

If it isn't a major factor then you tell me why Stanton included it in the PR ??? He's trying to cover his butt. He's running into the same problem many small, cash poor companies run into - the big boys use their financial strength as a selling point, and drum it into the customers head that they don't want to sign a contract with a company that could BK at some point during the life of the contract. For right or for wrong - it's a great selling feature for the larger players.
