StateN...just to clarify what threeflight said, this is not a pinkie, it is a fully reporting OTCBB stock

if it was a pinkie, the principals would be putting out PRs left and right trying to get the stock up so they could sell into it...there is not, and hasn't been dilution in this stock and that is a fact
