DE....we all have to realize that the pps of EXPH can, has and will be manipulated as long as doubt can be used against the company. It is unfortunate that even though EXPH is not required to file fins or any other information that the lack of or the timely release of those items can be used against the company and its pps.
FUD(Fear-Uncertainty-Doubt) will be used against it like it is used against many stocks traded on the Pinksheets. That FUD will be continuniously posted here and on other venues.
Now if the CEO has come up with a plan to bypass this FUD with this "divy" time will tell. I for one am betting on "ETC" and the "divy" to create demand for EXPH. If EXPH can do the 9-11 million in 2010 that shd give EXPH a pps of .009-.011 without "ETC".
It is extremely easy to see the past of EXPH and difficult to forcast the future so those naysayers will continue to dwell on the past whereas we who believe in EXPH must look towards the future. So we all need to continue to do our own DD while allowing those who wish to dwell on the past stay in the past.
How many here have looked forward to the possible use of "ETC" in RVs, Mobile Homes or companies focused on remodleing? There will always be those who could not wait and sold and those will be bitter and will continue to dislike the CEO and the company.
Do I like the pps, No! Do I want to see the 3rd qtr fins, YES! Do I want the YIELD SIGN removed on Pinksheets.com, YES! Do I want to see the "divy date" before Christmas holidays, YES! Do I want to know the "New Retailer" before the holidays, YES! Am I the CEO, NO! Can I or this board make the CEO move any faster, NO! Am I going to sell my shares at this pps because of it, NO!!!!
We either "BELIEVE" or we do not! I know what I see and what I hear from the likes of others than the CEO and they tell me XXXX hang tight! To those individuals I say "THANK YOU" for your support and honesty. Knowing your character and your relationship with the CEO makes it easier for me as an investor to hang tight!
I only wish others here had this opportunity so they could remain confident in their investment.
Here is to looking at the future and not the past, being an obtimist and not a pessimist, being open minded and not closed minded, attempting to be honest with what I say and print, being honest to myself and others and truely wishing only the best for myself and others. To that end I wish EXPH the best for the balance of 2009 and a even greater 2010.
So believing the conspiracey theories or not, someone is playing the pps when someone is willing to pay more and they get those shares cheaper and someone can post on this board before hand the ups and downs within minutes of it happening.
So the BEST thing to do is do your own DD and talk to the CEO or visit or have someone else visit for you that you trust. The company has always had an open door policy. Now you can take all of this to heart or go back to reading the "naysayers" propaganda. Your choice!
