The can of worms is already opened with the seizure itself. It exposed most individuals who were directly responsible for the theft and brought them in the open.

The OTS is caught in its own mess by saying WAMU was solvent at and during the time of seizure and if it was, then JPM/FDIC should have paid the fair market value of the assets.. So, everyone is caught in this web and there is only one way out of it all and it starts with a "S" and ends with a "T"!!
