Wow! I look tonight and see all of these messages and wonder what happened. After reading all of the messages from today I see the topic is patents.

Hmmm, here is the info from USPTO as of 7:36pm today:

Application Number: 61/071,966 Status: Provisional Application Expired

Just a subtle correction here, as you posted this old information, you did not realize that there was a new patent application?

Until the patent application has completed examination and the patent has been issued and assigned to someone other than the inventor it belongs to the inventor, who in this case is Mr. Farbos. ECT may have filed the application but they 'own' nothing yet.

I thought we had this discussion before. Bruno signed this over to ECT.

The intellectual property embodied in the current version of the CRAM and developments yet to be materialized belong entirely and exclusively to Effective Control Transport, Inc. Written assignments have been signed, patent applications filed and legal opinions obtained. It is not even an issue and we regard any attempt to suggest otherwise as a farcical attempt at disinformation.
We do not control Mr. Farbos. He will always be welcome within ECT. In the meantime, let us remove Mr. Huppé and recover ECT for the shareholders’ sake.
