I asked this question a week ago about what S1 means. I was referred only to the SEC regarding what S1 means. What I am asking now is what does this S1 have to do with CBAI? Can anyone help here? I'm not new to trading, just new to CBAI and what is going on with this stock going forward. My last big venture was investing in Spongetech until that stock collapsed. Still made good money in SPNG unlike many others who came in late and got burned. I have almost 1mil shares here and I need to know what to expect. TIA
