I agree that uplisting is the big 'they didn't do it yet' with regards to LLFH. As an investor, I would certainly have preferred that they have uplisting to Amex and *then* upgraded to Nasdaq...

But from conversations i've had, my impression is that their ultimate goal was always the Nasdaq and rather than 'jumping through hoops' for a stepping stone, they decided to go for the goal directly.

I wonder how much money they save in fees by going directly to Nasdaq compared to an Amex->Nasdaq track.

With that said, if they don't uplist sometime in Q1 2010, i'll be getting somewhat upset at management.
