It would be prudent for Delta to distance themselves in any and all regards from CMKX so nobody makes an assumption there is any sort of relationship. CMKX appears prepared to be revealed as the biggest orchestrated fleecing since bre-x and unfortunately i suspect it will have repurcussions accross the entire junior mining sector. Now would be a good time to sit on your cash and wait for the good ones to dip to a nice buying price.
