2 Questions if i may??

1) Does the stock market remain open in the US on voting day or does it close.

2) Does anyone know this one.....If (and I repeat only if) CMKX were to be suspended from trading temporarily, across the 15th or 29th November, does the payment date(s) for the GEMM divvy still stand,ie will the shorts still have to cover by those dates, or does everything get put back until it can trade again.
