Regarding "unstable conditions" at the project region. Isn't it true that there are already a significant number of other types of mines operating or just getting underway into operation in this region? Even the management have opening said that they don't believe this is a concern/problem. Just curious what might be adding to your personal concerns.

It does look like the region is making some progress to set up a transitional government, and the moral pressure may be building against Andry Rajoelina, who has boycotted the negotiations.
