Yes, the timing does seem suspect, however, is there ever a good time for a President/CEO to resign. Zion has planned for his resignation by hiring a replacement in November, which I'm sure didn't happen overnight, so I think that it is an event that has been known about for some time and we'll just have to wait and see what it is all about. I'm sure that we'll find out more in the weekly update tomorrow.
