thier policy is pretty much to post it on thier website as it reaches thier target price recommendation. That current price is $1.31.

The reason for this is because they are restricted from buying it until it reachs this target. Once they are able to start buying, then they put it on thier site.

They are held to contractual agreements. I hope that some people on this board are aware of this.

Thier and they - meaning ESR and Skymark of coarse.
