Remember the PPS was at almost .11 just a few weeks ago and we didn't large dilution at that time. If I was playing the bad guy I'd have sold as much as possible at that time. Plus it only takes the right mix of buy/sell and the price will be there again so why would you dilute at .055 when higher PPS is very doable in the near future.
