Another post about getting somebody with experience to run this company. Where are you going to find this super CEO and management team? how about mgmt from any of the many failed auto dealershipsAre they going to hit the ground running through their extensive contacts in the funeral field? of course! with the number of auto dealerships that have been buried, any mgmt would have more experience than clint and nick, who have only buried one auto leasing companyDo you think that maybe the CEO of Batesville is licking his chops hoping that he can become the new CEO at EI? i think the ceo of batesville might be licking his chops on the propect of acquiring the assets of EI in a firesale

A few people who post on this forum have come up with this ridiculous idea but NONE of them have offered even a smidgen of proof that this would push the company forward in any positive way. true, but then neither has EI's present mgmt

It would be really interesting to see the type of job that would be done in running this company by the people here that complain the loudest! I am sure that we would be so flush with cash and sales by now that Batesville would be shaking in their boots right about now. i think you absolutely correct and have unknowingly hit the nail right on the head. lurker has said many times how he could turn EI into a rocket ship, given the chance and i believe him

Everybody needs to get it into their heads that Clint started this company and he is going to be the CEO until such time that HE decides that it is time to move on. or the EI ATM finally runs completely dry All the pie in the sky predictions that somebody else could do a better job are just not going to happen, so get over it already. Besides that if everyone is clamoring for experience what do they think that the time Clint has already spent building this company is?a bad experience for the many shareholders??? Has he made mistakes, sure who hasn't at one point or another?a huge understatement Did he learn anything from those mistakes? hasn't, to date, shown the shareholders any ability other than red numbers and massive dilutionI don't know but it is my OPINION that he has and is doing the job to the best of his ability. agreed, that IS your opinion

Do you think that Clint wants this to fail? have no idea. clint has been a no show at all public appearance opportunities in the past year Or do you think that he might just be a little more motivated to succeed than the new management team that you want to bring into play that don't have a personal stake in the company? oh, i think clint is motivated to succeed but has not shown, to date, the ability to succeed in any way that is not massively negative for the long term investor
