Honestly, I feel the logical next step is to release a video or show off the BioHarp at a Medical Trade show in the U.S. This would get the skeptics off of our back as the next hurdle after acquiring the BioHarp is making sure that it works.

I understand that the website had limited information (pictures and charts), but since Xtend did not own the BioHarp at the time they really didn't have the rights to anything other than what was given to them to promote the BioHarp.

Now, that it is ours I don't see why they can't release an online video or further documentation explaining how it works. (For investors, buyers, etc...) I don't see how it would violate any SEC matters as you are simply showing off a product, which you own the rights to, and all of the patents are filed and pending so there is no way to have the idea taken from you. It may take some time to put all of this info or a video together as they have just acquired the BioHarp, but I feel that releasing something in the next few weeks would be beneficial for everyone.

I emailed Paul today on this matter to see what his input is and will share with the board if I get a response.
