jandpg- I did contact Sask Financial Services Commission and he confirmed that all shares that trade in Sask. must be registered with that office. It is not just about the individuals mentioned in the NR, but NO ONE can trade unregistered shares in Sask. I contacted the 306 number and he got back to me.
