Kuan: So, DM and company can do whatever they want. I seriously doubt that. You are probably right about not being able to force DM out by letters or emails, but there may be other ways. I know, for instance, that the Texas Securities Board is investigating DM
and his companies. I have not yet filed a formal complaint with the SEC, but it may come down to that being the only way short of a lawsuit to stop him from ripping-off investors any further.

Do you know of a way to contact Pinksheets (I cannot find a phone number of email address) to protest their listing of EVFN as "Current Information" status? We all know that that is bogus.
