IMO, Google has no intention of going with Neomedia / Neustar.
Why?

Because Google knew on 12/3/09 or sooner that the CCSAT was going to make the call that everything needed to go thru a clearing house.

They want the revenue themselves. They have a large data base with keywords, logos, etc. and they will do the routing 2 or 3 servers if they need to. Your post goes with the one I posted the other day:

Google has data bases.
Now a DNS.
They have a reader.
They have a phone.
