FDA depends on the class II approval. Nothing will happen until that is resolved.

Joe said they will be filing more paperwork this week. Of course, Joe's concept of next week could be anywhere from a week to next month and beyond. I do hope it's early this week and that it gets priority within the FDA. I shudder to think what the pps will do if the new paperwork ends up sitting in the inbox for 60 days. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the FDA is as tired of messing with this as we are waiting for it and will act quickly to bring this to a resolution.
