It definitely implies that he has already talked to some pretty big players out there. All of the added infrastructure could very well be at a customers request/suggestion.

We know that he is very well connected in the business world. The fact that he hired Kendra is brilliant...Also the fact that she is willing to be a part of this with all of the other things she has going on is a great sign! I couldn't think of a better spokesperson. She hangs out with the Donald for petes sake...she is well respected and trusted...not to mention she is easy on the eyes! I don't care what people have to say about the way this is trading sideways right now...it can't last much longer.
