FINA is just making it harder to file for even a name change let alone restructure. You really need a clear history of the public vehicle and all DD related to issuances and corporate changes, revisions and such going back many years.

DM does have his corporate ducks in a row proven by the recent ass blasting he gave shareholders.

What it shows me is his proficiency is in milking and running a pink sheet stock and not at building a real business.
