Dear Mr. Whelan:

My concern about BIEL worries me more and more each day. I have
emailed you sometime last week and never heard back from you. Please
be kind to respond when you have time. I understand that you are a
very busy man.

I want to be very straight forward with you in regards to my
concerns. First of all, Joe Noel takes away the credibility of your
company and your products. Why? He has really stirred up skepticism
and concern by posting messages on yahoo's message boards. I have
never seen an IR person post messages about the company he represents,
chat with individuals and pump your stock they was he has been doing
so for several months. This is the reason why so many investors are
so angry and concerned about the way Joe Noel is handling your
companies and its image.

Let me tell you that Joe Noel tends to tell people things at the
personal level that later on he either rejects it and or flat out
denies it. Think about this for a minute! This is definitely NOT a
good thing Mr. Whelan!

He told me two months ago that BIEL has been having several extensive
conversations with Dr. Schols, Kimberley-Clark and Proctor & Gamble
for a possible buy out some time middle of next year. He also said
that you and your wife, Mrs. Mary Whelan, were getting tired and are
looking to sell the company sometime next year. I posted this myself
on the boards and shared it with investors and what a headache it
caused for me and my family. People called Joe Noel, emailed Joe Noel
and he flat out denied it. Can you imagine what this caused for me?
People were so mad at me accusing me of a liar. They hacked my email,
impersonated me, got a hold of my real estate office where my office
was getting hundreds of hang up calls, people were calling me house.
This was a nightmare!

The other concern that I have with BIEL that you continue to increase
the amount of outstanding shares. This is not good and fair for us
investors. Are we really being taken for dumb people? I would really
hope not! I have invested in your company my last bit of money and
pray to the Lord that I do not end up losing it all.

This kind of handling of your business fuels bashers like Adam
Feuerstein which in turn causes us investors to lose credibility in
your company. I really hope that you understand my concerns. I
cannot believe how mean and angry this Adam is? Here is his reply to
the letter you recently sent Adam which he made public. What a snake
he is!!

Mr. Whelan, I want to thank you for taking time to read my email and
hear my concerns! I was also contacted by a group of individual who
want to sue you, Joe Noel and Ms. Carrie for pumping the stock. I
want you to know that I do not want to be part of this as I will give
you the benefit of the doubt and not jump into conclusions.

Xavier Calderon, Sr.

Mr. Calderon,

I did return your call last week and spoke to your associate.

I am not interested in participating in the blog drama. I am sure you
do not
want me wasting my time on nonsense when there is so much work to be
done.
The only thing that matters is generating a positive P/E.

We are not selling the Company in the immediate future nor have we had
any
conversations with potential buyers. We issue appropriate press
releases and
post our financial results.

Mary Whelan is my sister.

Have a good weekend.

Regards,

Andy
