One way to venture a guess at the fair value of a share of LLEG is to consider that with 2.3 billion shares outstanding, each $1M of profit for LLEG translates to a share price of about a penny, given a modest multiple of 20.

I attempted an earnings projection on ragingbull.com about a year and a half ago in posts 198-207. (I also summed up my findings on this board, but I can't find the post right not.) The conclusion I reached back then was that the Berlin power station might be bringing in around $18M of profit annually. If LLEG could count on half of those profits or $9M a year, then we'd be looking at a pps of 9 cents. If LLEG is entitled to one tenth of $18M or $1.8, then the pps would be closer to 2 cents.

Of course, my projections could be hogwash and possibly are.
