Anybody who has owned this stock for a while knows that this is a very significant development. The bashers cluttered this message board for months and maybe years trying to prove that LLEG would never get to this point--Noble Wind, Clean Power, frozen woodchips, etc.--and yet here we are. The connectivity study is absolutely crucial. Once the permit is filed and approved, construction can finally begin.
