I love your Dell/McAfee analogy! That sure sounds plausible to me. It would not surprise me one bit if a Wave-run Dell TPM center has been discussed and could be in the works. It really fits...Dell will need Wave's software platform since they likely will not develop their own (Infineon is IMO a hugely distant second choice) and they won't want to mess around with customer support. It would be a perfect model from which Wave could do activations, and sell and manage upgrades.

And you are right, Dell could be waiting for v1.2 before really kicking off the volume.
