I agree when NSS takes place someone tries to eliminate and create further NSS to ensure that the company declares bancrupcy.

This way the small number of shareholders are left holding the bag!

Here is the dilema this little Pinky was not so little.

It was a bad idea to pick a Pinky with such a huge shareholder base who are sick of taking bull!

Not this time!
Someone is going to pay either with Cash or Jail!
