Hi GR, so the media 9 Codec Installation Package for Windows Media Player 6.4 that you need would be this one. http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/6/1/461e47d9-bff9-4d3f-b97c-93476581f6ef/wmp6cdcs.exe Just download it, and then run it. That should fix the problem, if it is a media 9 codec problem. But it could be some other codec, on the web page do they say that you have to have some other software installed to see their stuff?
