What it means is someone is doing the old Charlie Brown / Lucy football routine just to stir the pot and fluff up hope of a miracle revaluation. Ain't gonna happen. What will happen is a years long rise in value of the dinar in relation to the USD, which is going down the crapper. I look at it as a long term hedge against the USD.
