Where did everyone go ? We got a call from an investor friend at 3am this morning. He was so excited ! Stating that the RV happened and the rate was $2.46 per Dinar. He said the Iraqi gov. RV'd it and now it's up to the U.S. treasury dept. to finalize it. Can anyone confirm, and if so, can you explain what this means ? Thanks
