Pretty similar to the Chap. 11 stock I owned.

CEO and most management left the company and didn't tell shareholders. The remaining officer unoffically notified shareholders via freepressrelease.com. In the meanwhile, investors are buying the stock not knowing the company shut down operations. And this guy is a lawyer in CA.

CEO was smart cookie in a way. Didn't file a SEC filing and it was their third strike which means they go pinksheet. Pinksheet = no required filings to tell shareholders he's leaving the company.
