Not if both parties(WMI and JPM) have requested the judge that the 4 Billion would be included in the potential settlement and have asked her not to rule on that. The judge would be more than happy to wait and see what comes out of the negotiations, if anything, and when all else fails, she has her ruling ready to be handed out anytime after that. Thats why I agree with Byrd when he said the 12/18 Omnibus might turn out to be more significant than we think. But looking back at the previous Omnibuses, one might think there might be more delays and though I am tempted to think the same, I would rather wait till the schedule is posted and yes, Judge Walrath can rule anytime and so, I am holding all my shares till the 18th and then decide what to do AFTER the court hearing is over.
