I expect our OS to be

850 Million when the deal is done holding 15% in reserve for an emergency or specific acquisition.

Hopefully, if he can get sales, he can buy back with a small percentage of his profit over time. I would expect 500 Million OS would be best case for this company long term.

With 850 out and solid sales a few dollars is possible. I do not expect this to go to 60 (sorry Illuminate) that would make the company sales at 6 Billion and market price ten times sales not ten times earnings.
