I completely agree with you. I see that claim as nothing but harassment. The claims about Spongables selling under a Spongetech name or something like that is a different animal however.

I see the claim against Popovsky's statement to a reporter as nothing but PR-via-lawsuit by SPNG - the other claims based on trademark misuse may or may not have merit.
